The Austin Air “it” personal air purifier uses medical grade HEPA technology to quickly remove pollutants from your personal space while at home or work. This includes pollutants .1 microns and larger, such as dust, pollen, pet dander, bacteria, viruses, and allergens. The Austin Air “it” does not release harmful ozone or other pollutants into the air like many electronic air purifiers do. Austin Air’s 360-degree intake system draws air into all sides of the “it” air purifier passing it through a comprehensive, medical grade HEPA filter.
How Long Does The Filter Last?
The Austin Air “it” HEPA filter is designed to last up to five years under normal conditions. The included VOC Carbon Wrap add-on is designed to last three months under normal conditions.

Filter Specifications:
The Austin Air “it” has a large particle pre-filter that removes particles easily seen by the naked eye (e.g. dust, hair, and pet dander). This pre-filter can be upgraded to a dual-stage VOC Carbon Wrap (included), that also adsorbs VOCs, chemicals, gases, and odors. Additionally, the Austin Air “it” uses a medical grade HEPA filter to remove 99.97% of all particles larger than 0.3 microns and 99% of all particles larger than 0.1 microns, including viruses, bacteria, molds, spores, and pollen.
